Personally, I think if the allegations are true, they seriously undermine his credibility. I won't rush to judgement until there is more information out there, but I think this looks very bad for Bill O'Reilly. I'm pretty sure I'd be fired for that kind of behavior.

This woman went from FNC, to CNN and back to FNC. Why would she return to FNC if she was being harassed?

O'Reilly is an ass, but this woman tried to extort $60 Million from him, then his lawyers brought this public.

The guy sometimes irritates me.... but he's usually right on the point.

And why would this STUPID woman go BACK to a job that she was sexually harassed at? At the bottom of the story it was quoted what she was getting paid..... not worth what she was putting up with if she is saying is true.

I think she's a double agent. She's been to CNN, and now she's tainted. I think she came back with a plan to try and take him down, and no doubt you'll see her back at CNN in the next few years, and she'll be making a phat check.

However, if I'm wrong, I think Fox should fire him.

I just saw this bitch's lawyer presenting his case to the media. I instantly got the impression that he's gold-digging along with his ungrateful client.

IF it's all true, then he would probably have no choice. But that's a big if. This whole thing stinks of blackmail to me. It'd take a hell of a strong case to convince me that he actually did what she claims.

I bet he was set up. Why would anyone allow a phone conversation that was offensive go on repeatedly. She could have hung up at anytime. From the transcripts it looks like she was going along with it.

Feminisim and sexual harassment laws are complete horseshit! The only thing that qualifies as sexual harassment is if a someone tells another that they will be fired if they don't give sex. Everything else is just talk.

Women wanted to be in the work place. They want to be treated "equally". But it is all bullshit. What they really want is "Special privileges". Not equality.

They can't have it both ways.

That's the entire point, at least as far as I'm concerned:

Clinton should have resigned. When he didn't, he should have been removed.

IF this is true (big IF), then O'Reilly should resign. If he doesn't, he should be fired.

Admittedly, I am not his biggest fan - but I would say the same thing if it were Hannity, whom I like and admire greatly. Good or bad, I have to be consistent. YMMV.
