Thank you vito for sharing those names. I had the opportunity to participate in a field of rememberance last year planting the national flags of men and women of all nationalities killed in the coalition's war on terror. I saw a good many British flags as well as Spanish, Polish, Thai, Ukranian,  and many others I cannot remember. It was a sad sight but I was proud to carry another nations flag and salute it reverently.

I am proud to know the Brits as our allies, and we are proud to be yours.

I'm also proud to have had a hand in training the lads in the 99 Squadron who maintain that C-17.

The Black Watch are deployed in Iraq at the moment, 2 Parachute Regiment rotated out from Iraq in April this year… but will probably be going back after Christmas.
