Oh man, ok you see Meatwad, Master Shake, and Frylock all live ina house together.  Meatwad basically has no brain.  Master Shake /does/ but he mostly uses it to scam people (esp meatwad).  Ok so master shake isn't the brightest, either.  Frylock is the brains of the outfit.  He can also shoot lasers out of his eyes

ANyway, their next-door-neighbor Carl, a dirtbag who wears a wifebeater and sweatpants and sandals 24/7, pretty much hates them for using his pool, being the neighborhood jackasses, etc.


edit: PLUS! Carl has a gun!  I totally think the people who created the cartoon are gun-people because they actually used the word magazine correctly, anyone remember that?
