Can you guys tell me which SKS is Caliban Legal? I want to send my brother home with a new toy but dont want him to get in trouble.

All of them...as long as they don't have the gernade launcher attachment.

Bayonet is a-okay since it is a Curio rifle (ie over 50 years old), I have a blade one on my Russian SKS... it will still have to go thru a FFL. What part of Cali does he live in? |
