It's become apparent that our "friend" who runs www.electoral-vote.com is now selectively choosing polls to show a Kerry surge...  maybe he has taken a lesson from the polling firms.  There is a concerted effort to generate "Big Mo" for Kerry/Edwards.  To that end I will be including several projections from here on out.

No, earlier this week/last week he went to including several polls from each state to smooth out the numbers and give a more reasonable look at how the race was shaking out.  There was such an outcry from the left that the map got too red that he has been selectively using polls to make the map more blue... as evidenced by his new "final projection."

You see Bush's numbers falling in large part because the polling demographics were skewed to show a huge Bush lead - which if you look back I said was inflated - and the demographic model has since been changed to bias for Kerry... low and behold... the comeback kid is surging.  Despite these efforts by the left, Bush still maintains a lead in most polls.

Hey spec_ed, ever think the reason they are doing that is to induce the exact reaction you are displaying?  The sky is falling the sky is falling!  And because you are clearly clueless beyond belief, I'm not sitting here thinking of cute things to say.  I am a paid political operative.  I work elections, I conduct fundraising operations, I develop ad campaigns, I organize voter registration drives and get-out-the-vote initiatives.  I am a state poll inspector to combat election fraud.  So tell me spec_ed... what are YOU doing other than stirring shit as a DUh plant?

The point you seem to be missing is you are being fed a steady diet of propoganda... and like Roseanne at an all you can eat cupcake buffet... you're swallowing as fast as you can.  Take the time to do a little research and then come back and talk to me.  Your circle of liberal friends at DUh is not the average American.  Has the race tightened?  Of course it has.  But then again, Bush's lead was never what some reported it was.  when they were saying 12 percent, I was saying 8 to 9.  Now many polls are showing 3-5.  Well surprise surprise.  When the 12 percent was quoted it was post convention.  I said closer to 8 to 9.  Convention bounces dissipate at a rate of roughly 2 percent a week until it stabilizes... when it stabilizes you understand the true bump.  Most polls out this week show an oversample of democrats, and yet Bush is tied or up 3 to 5.

So please, go back to DUh and try to come up with some other strategy to depress the Republican vote... your shit won't fly here as long as I'm around to counter your bullshit bumper sticker and circle of friends poll.  There is a reason many republicans won't put bumper stickers on their car... they tend to get vandalized!  How many republican headquarters have been shot at, vandalized, ransacked and looted?

Don't want to be labeled a DUh sympathizer?  Well then... don't parrot their talking points which are steeped in ignorance.  The recent polls have been more than adequately addressed by people with pedigreed backgrounds in statistics.  The issues have ben hashed and rehashed here ad infinitum.  Anybody who takes a couple minutes to look at the methodology will understand why things appear as they do... and I will conceed, perception can BECOME reality if left unchallenged.  Which is why when somebody posts something like you did that the numbers are all moving toward Kerry and we are in denial if we don;t see that.  No sir, you are in denial if you refuse to look at WHY those numbers are moving.  The case has been laid forth, you can either accept that or reject it.  However, if you are going to base your claims on polls like the American Research Group that is heavily funded by democratic dolalrs, you'll be called on it.  The recent poll that shows Ohio as going Kerry is an ARG poll of 700 and change likely voters.  An independent poll of more than 2,800 registered voters (which would catch many of those new registerants you speak of) shows Bush up 7.  Which poll would you give more weight to?

What you do with your email servers and photo hosting is up to you, but if you penalize others whom you have no beef with over a disagreement with me, well that is just sad... no other word for it.
