Well, sorry to say that is not a kid. That is Andy milinokis. He is a grown man with a disease that makes him look young. he got popular on the man show and then spun off to help one of the man show hosts to do skits. it is kind of freaky when you think it is a kid, but it is not, just like that kid rock midget wasn't either.Plus this is soooo a couple years ago.
