I asserted to him last week that it was the Democrats introducing the bills to reinstate the draft in an attempt to make the Republicans look bad, in an election year ploy. He disagreed with me and rejected the explanation for why the Dems would do that.
He then looked it up and found out I was right. BTW - this is the same guy who asked me how could anybody think John Kerry was not a real hunter. I just might get this guy to vote [DU]Repuke[/DU] this year

I've been doing the same thing at work.
Like crazy. I have about 5 converted. (hopefeully. holding my breath.  )

You found somebody to convert in Texas? That seems to be the hardest part for me... all Libertarians or Republicans. Either that or they don't want to hear me preach at them...

Well... they can either convert now on their own, or convert after they've been blindfolded and deported into the secret camps down in Guantanamo.
That's what I tell my friends that are leaning towards Kerry. |
