The guy with the Kerry sign is losing.

My first real involvement in politics was going to a rally back in 88 where Quayle was speaking.  I was outside the ropes with all the animals and somebody had handed me a sign on teh way in.  Being in the middle of a 2 hour long sign fight was great.  I teamed up with another guy for a while and we'd leave a little opening so that a Dem thought they could fit between us then we'd both give the intruder a sharp elbow in the ribs and body check them back into the crowd behind us.
