I've got this damn program that has somehow installed itself on my computer. I know it has something to do with the internet, because it keeps trying to connect when I am browsing. I delete the files, but they keep coming back. They are, at least what I have found, deleted, and shown up again on my local drive C: dir:

I'll be browsing, click on a link and at odd times a windows window will pop up and start "installing." Just as if you were installing a file. Then my firewall will ask for permission to access the internet, I click "no." Then the web page was was looking at changes to this message:
There seems to be a problem preventing you from proceeding at this time.
The error that occured was:

and the url changes to:

I'm done my virus scans using both Panda and Norton... I've also done the spyware thing using AdAware. I delete the files and they just reappear later. How do I get rid of this crap.
