I would give you a list of great movies but I'd rather just emphasize seeing this one:

Savior

Plot Outline: A hardened mercenary in the Foreign Legion begins to find his own humanity when confronted with atrocities during the fighting in Bosnia.

(but if you've already seen it, then get Bravo Two Zero.)

No direct quotes, just a cool movie that helped Rosie go ballistic on Tom Sellick.
Any movie where the star is a old Sharps rifle is a "must see".

I saw that movie years ago, and loved it.  Valmet-armed mercenary sniper.  That's a guaranteed good movie right there.

Just watched 28 Days Later this past weekend; it was pretty scary.

Also watched We Were Soldiers and enjoyed it.  The parts where the wives were notified of their husbands' deaths were really moving.

I bought both several months ago and just got around to watching them.

Major Ashley-Pitt: “In our experience, Americans are uncouth misfits, who've been run out of their own barbaric country.”
Quigley: “We already run the misfits out of our country. We sent 'em back to England.”

“Lady, you are about a half-a-bubble off of plumb, and that's for sure and for certain.”

“God created all men, they say Sam Colt made 'em equal.”

AND THE BEST ONE OF ALL <drum roll>.....................

“Said I never had much use for one. Never said I didn't know how to use it.”
