it has a flash supressor on it but no bayolug? whats the big deal? aside from the fact that there is no ban anymore.

Its a big pin Colt lower. The problem is, eBay is gonna pull the add and boot the seller. They don't like guns.

Maybe. Check the guys' other auctions, and he has a sh!tload of preban AK mags, clearly marked, and in their final day of a seven-day auction. Pretty ballsy in the title, too. Scott |

I'm not sure if it's just a dislike for guns, but more of a legal issue being that Ebay is based in CA....I never could find a valid reason!

Oh, you can buy gun parts, just not parts for evil assault weapons as defines by Federal or California law (ie California law, since there is no definition in Federal Law anymore). It's totally rediculous. Someone here posted recently that e-bay canceled their auction of a freakin sling because it was an assault weapon gun part. I refuse to do business with ebay anymore.

There are a LOT of pre-ban Colt's that don't have bayonet lugs but do have flash suppressors. Maybe it's you that needs to get a clue. |
