Library had Bowling For Columbine, figured I'd finally watch the thing.

Wasn't really suprised at anything.  I can't believe anyone actually paid to watch it though.

If Moore would pick a topic and stick to it, his work wouldn't be all that bad.  The entire "documentary" (and I use that word loosely) was unfocused.  He mentions this and that.  He blames the media for creating a culture of fear.  He blames Charlton Heston for a 6 year old's death.  He blames K Mart for the Columbine incident.  He blames the state of Michigan for that 6 year old's death.

Overall, my bias being considered, it was a piece of crap.  Moore would serve himself well to go on a diet, join a gym, and learn some personal hygiene.

It wasn't as bad as I anticipated.  Moore lays on the whole emotional thing pretty thick though.  The last minute was pretty bad.

God forbid someone examined a problem logically.  No, let's just use emotions!  I understand your son died at Columbine.  But is that any reason to blame guns?  Perhaps you should examine the home life of the two boys who perpetrated that massacre.
