I can fit an SKS, a CETME, my 24" AR upper, and my complete 16" bbl AR in the trunk w/o folding the seats down.

I like minis a lot. I looked at buying one when they first came out but they wanted like 5k over msrp so I got the WRX instead.
But face it, they're cute.

Yeah the dealers are a-holes, all of them, no exceptions. Every time there's a girl in my car that says "this car is cute" I take corners extremely fast and then say "still think its cute?" Doesn't really work.  BTW Txredneck... airplane sales, don't go there  we had a 747 last year

I'm 5'11 but I've had a 6'10 basketball player in my car and he 1) liked the car and 2) fit just fine. I have also had four regular sized guys in the car on several occasions. Tight, but not seriously uncomfortable. |

Gotcha. Reason I ask is I saw a silver mini on the 101 a while back with a license plate that said "6foot5", the driver was pretty tall. It also had a sticker on the back that said "yeah, it's got a hemi". I was confused. Thought that might've been you. |

I agree... I think it would be better to scrape a Mini then to lose my self-respect when one of my friends sees me driving one. I also don't drive imports... Jap jobs, Rice burners... you get the gist.

I've got a testosterone-mobile...a 68 Mustang. Put 420hp to the rear wheels. Does over 160mph (that's all the speedo reads).
But people that make fun of (for example) Japanese cars, or Minis...don't understand what they're all about. I can take my Mini and humiliate a Camaro driver, or a Viper driver, on a road course. I can drive 500 miles in town without refueling. BTW GrH, do you have your license yet? what do you drive, an IROC? |
