Ah! Those were the days. Big V-8s too. The '14 was our rifle then...those days are gone, and I'm fading away too.

What cost $189.95 in 1964 would cost $1032.35 in 2000. Not bad, not bad at all. I just wish you could buy a weapon like the one shown in the ad for $1,032.35 today! I've seen SP-1s going for $1200-$1600. One dealer at the last Market Hall Show in Dallas had an SP-1 w/4-20rnd mags for $1,895.99! Eric The(Wistful)Hun[>]:)] |

What gets me is that i see the pre-bans on different sites going for over 2000 now!.....anyway, SOMEBODY has the old ar`s...sure would try real hard to get that one from uncle bill, if you found out he had one....there are some out there in somebody`s closet!!!!!!!!!!!!![shotgun]
