www.msnbc.msn.com/id/6159637/site/newsweek/I'd like to see a couple more polls before I see it as a trend, especially since Newsweek uses registered and not likely voters, but they are showing some lare swings singe their last poll three weeks ago... from Bush up 6 to Kerry up 2... which in fact the entire swing can fall within the margin of error... but I don't believe that. I think Kerry gained some ground, but not that much.
In any event, get out there and work harder! The one very encouraginf piece of news for us in this poll, 55% of those surveyed feel the president will be re-elected. Since the number of registered democrats nationally outnumbes republicans... this means a decent number of their folks don't believe their candidate will win. If that is the case, some of those folks won't even bother to vote if they feel they are going to lose. But we need EVERY republican at the polls.
I can not stress enough.
