Ok a person that I work with has a Glock 21 new or like new w/ four 10 round mags.

I have a gen one model 19 - with four 15 rounders - I also have a 26 so I do not need to get rid of all of the mags for the 19.

I would like to keep the trade fair - what should I offor?

gun - two mags and some cash? - how much?

what is the word?

thanks,

Badredfish

For what it's worth .......... I just saw a used Gen. 3 G21 with (3) 13 round mags for $475 at a local gun shop. Don't know if this will help you but at least it's a start.

A used generation one Glock goes for about $325 with maybe 1 mag.  A like new G21 might go around $450 with one mag.  You can figure in the mags as you see fit.

Glock 19 with two 15 rounders for the Glock 21 with four 10 rounders would be a reasonable trade, for you.  your screwing him just a little since the glock 21 runs about 100.00 more than the 19 new..

$ 325? Geez I've never found them for much under 400

i buy NIB Glocks with 3 high caps for $379.00 from the local police supply shop. 9mm & 40 versions only though.  45's are significantly more.

Aren't 1st gen G19's nearly impossible to find? I don't collect them so I'm not 100% sure but I recall hearing very few were made before the transition to 2nd gen. You may want to check it out.

My G21 hasnt failed in approximately one short bed pickup full worth of factory ammo, one failure with reloads... my own reloads didnt seat the bullet all the way rap on the back of the slide and keep shooting.  I love my G21 or I did until my wife stole it........ still plotting my revenge... maybe I will steal her toaster oven!

G19s are generally more reliable than G21s.

That is debatable, but .45 is always moredeadly than a 9mm
