it's the episode where they're investigating a Marine Colonel's wife in Panama for smuggling drugs.
at the end they get in a shootout with the drug cartel guy and Harms gun gets an obvious stovepipe. Thing is it happens after he double taps the bad guy but he keeps walking around with the gun in a ready position and makes no attempt to clear it. It's like he didn't notice it. But the brass is clearly visible sticking up out of the M9
