Ive been scouring google, using the terms "C-MAG" "Army" "Report" and nothing relevant.

It's over at Fort Bragg somewhere. The 504th Regiment had problems with the C-Mag's. They were in Afghanistan at the time.
As it was an In-House publication, you may have a bit of a hard time finding it. But as I downloaded it last year, it is Not impossible. |
