Real interesting. Just in the last few days Bush has taken the lead in Florida, Oregon, Maine, Arizona and gaining on Kerry in Minnesota, Wisconsin, Washington, Illinois and even California!

Kerry is F'n up bad.

WoooHoooo Oregon.  I knew we weren't all idiots!

It's hard to believe Bush is only 5 points off in California.  Do these particular pollsters tend to lean right the way Zogby leans left?  I wonder.

nope. IF they are saying Bush trails by 5%, he's at least even.
Zogby was so far off on the CA Recall, right up through the polls closing, that his polls are WORTHLESS. Not even counting his arabist favoritism.

If the last serveral weeks' trend continues, CA is going to go to Bush.
Sgtar's been calling it for a while, and so have I here and at other places on the internet for a long time. At least 60% of the popular vote, and an Electoral mandate / landslide for Bush.

If you guys think this is a done deal you are making a big mistake.  I think this will be another close one.  I hope that Bush gets what the economic models predict which is a 56% to 44% finish.  The odds are with Bush.  But he was ahead 5 or 6 points the week before the last election, and look what happened.  Plus the Big Media are still with Kerry and they are panicking in a big way especially after the big CBS flap. Look for more slanted smears in the next few weeks from Big Media.

I'm an enthusiastic  BUSH supporter.
But, I'm suspicious of any polling that gives CA  to Bush.
Sorry, It's not going to happen.
I'm sure they'll have Massachusetts swinging to Bush before too long.

Kerry has NY,NJ,CA,MA in his pocket with another 10 or so he'll likely take, everyplace else is going for Bush.

About 5 days ago, that same site had Kerry ahead.  Granted, that was almost certainly wrong, but it shows that the site is untrustworthy.

Clearly Bush is ahead.  If nothing else, the hysteria pervading the Kerry camp right now shows that.

But still, a surprise in the debates or something really bad happening in Iraq could change things.

There’s only one poll that matters, and that's the one done in voting booths in November.

Overconfidence is a dangerous thing.  Especially when it gets people to the point where they think it's a foregone conclusion.

Look at Florida, Pennsylvania and Oregon.  It seems like every 15 minutes the polls have W and Fairy changing placies.

The Democrats aren't through, and they are dangerous when cornered.  They will do anything and EVERYTHING to win this.

It WILL be close.

I hope you're right.  The title of Hugh Hewitt's book says it all:  If It's Not Close, They Can't Cheat

I expect there will be a surplus of cheating by the Dims.  They know the score.

The big Kerry push will be in Iraq, IMO. Look for the situation to "go out of control" (as the media will describe it), as AQ pulls out all the stops to kill as many American soldiers and contractors as they possibly can in mid-to-late October. They'll go for broke on this one.

Interesting thought!

I’m old enough to remember the Tet offensive and how it was totally misrepresented by the media.

It could certainly happen again!!
