he didn't pass any state laws in MA, since he was only a lowly Lt Gov. under Dukakis (they ran together...) and is a US senator. The federal laws and the state laws preclude him from taking the gun out of WV. He'd have to have it sent to an FFL in MA, and he'd have to have a MA gun license, something which I doubt he does.....  Remember- these laws are only for the peons. He is not a peon, he is a padron (or is it lladron? ) and is therefore exempt from such inconveniences.This whole gun thing was a photo op, just like his touch football game, carefully staged to look real. The guy is one big walking Potemkin village: lights are on, but nobody's home. There is no there there. |
