Quicktime Pro $30

Here

Or, since it seems like you are Windows there are probably a ton of utilities to convert for you.

As always, Google is your friend...

Transcoding (what you want to do) can get ugly - just a word of warning.

MPEG is not 'Windows'. MPEG = Moving Pictures Experts Group, and NOT Microsoft.

What do you want?
>MPEG1
>MPEG2
>MPEG4
>Windows Media Player format

If you want the Windows Format, that can be played over the internet, then try Microsoft Movie Maker 2 (its free). Not 100% on the .mov conversion

If you want MPEG 1, then try the free version of TMPGnc (sp.) encoder

If you want MPEG 2 (what you play in a DVD player), then I would suggest the pay version of TMPGnc
