I cooked up Brats. I browned them on the grill, then I cooked them for an hour in a sauce pan which contained roasted garlic, 4 onions and two bottles of Michelob Amber Bock. I slapped two Brats on a hoagie bun and covered with the onions, garlic and Grey Poupon. I have since washed it down with 11 beers
