Good price considering you get a real banana clip with it. I dont know what is worse...someone possesing said gear and having no idea what the proper terms are....or...being dumb enough to make a completely illegal sale on a website as transparent and .gov friendly as Ebay. Dummy |

I hit it once, I am not afraid to buy a firearm, just because Ebay has rules against it. I have done it before bought something on Ebay and Ebay contacted me and said I did not have to pay because it was a disallowed item and they cancled the auction even though the auction finished. The seller then just emails me and asks if I still want it, sure. Send payment copy of FFL is they are an FFL and I got a gun and the seller did not have to pay Ebay no fee. Good deal for both.
Dealer cost on that unit is about $225 so I hit it once if someone beats me out on the bid so what? |

I don't know this guy's story but with ebay being so big now. you can post a gun and if you set up the buy it now price fairly low then you can get in contact with someone about it before ebay can delete it. So this way, even after the posting is deleted you have someone who wants to buy it.

Ft. Meade? It is still illegal to transfer a firearm across state lines W/o the buyer recieving it from an FFL. This reeks of stupidity and or a sting. Either way, RUN don't walk away from it. |

who would be in more trouble in this case, the seller or the buyer?
assuming both could legally own the receiver if done through an FFL and since NY allows private sales could a NY resident legally buy this and have it shipped to them without an FFL being involved? and no, I'm not asking because I'm going to buy it. I've seen lowers that included the stock for that price or less edited because I put how instead of who

Just for ha-has, to see if I get a response at all, I sent him this: "Dear pawnitbedford, Hi- to keep the sale legal, the lower must be shipped from an FFL (Federally licensed firearm dealer) to another FFL. You didn't mention any FFL in your ad. Were I to win the auction, I'd have to undergo a federal background check first, which I'll be happy to do at my FFL when the lower comes in to his store. Which FFL do you use? Mine is in MA." I await his response......  The price is up to $224.72, BTW, w/ NINE days to go?.....WTF?   |
