I just got an anti-spam email back from a job I applied for on Monster. Basically it said there were bad words in it, specifically "cum". So I'm figuring that someone hijacked my online resume and messed with it. So I go on to Monster and review it. Sure enough, it was there, but I had put it in myself. Seems I graduated "cum laude" from college. WTF is wrong with people?

Keywording isn't foolproof.  Either remove it or not.  Your choice.  be careful with Monster.  If you didn't notice the red ink on the frontt page, they have and continue to have major security problems.  It would be wise to remove your resume and just send it to prospective employers you see.  Identity theft is rampant on their site.  posting your resume up there with a lot of detail is the kiss of death.  If you feel like you must have it up there, edit it with on request blurbs for major data.

put a hyphen in there and they should let it go.
