Actually, this IS one of the most generally well mannered, polite, and cooperative diverse communities on the internet, and one of the largest, as well.   Given that we have so many diverse members, we DO manage to get along with each other very, very well indeed.

Look at any other group of even a fraction of our size, and it's a different picture.  

Yeah, we're special!
