Another thread brought up the idea of a "Help" fund for members here who occasionally fall on hard times.  Thoughts?  I think it is a nice idea that, if properly run and administered, could help those who need the leg-up once in a while.  Those who benefit from it would be honor-bound, though, to pay back into it when they are able to.

One of us could administer it - hell, I'll volunteer to do it or at least make the first donation to it.  I've been blessed over the years and feel an obligation to help out.
