By the way, the "ATF letter" you linked is NOT off teh atf site - it's off a .com site, not a .gov site.

I also curious why 4-post "RoughCut" didn't jsut put {url} brackets around the link - WHICH WOULD HAVE ALLOWED EVERYONE TO SEE THE .COM, NOT .GOV EXTENSION, but instead typed in a separate name, so the actual url was not visible in his post.
