WTF is a "Hi Cap Receiver"????!???????!???????
magazine - yes, capacity wise

receiver - no, AWB I (1989 Import Ban) covered that one, which is why not many of us have Sig 550 series rifles...

You know what I am talking about, they cant import SAR-1s any more.  All imports have to be imported as single stack and then converted to accept hi cap mags.  Does the death of the ban affect that?  Or do we have to deal with WASRs for all our new AKs?

I know what you're talking about, an AK that'll take a double stack mag(read-standard mag) vs the single stack ones.  I'm not sure how the sunset of the AWB will effect this. I"m sure someone will know and chime in.

it will not affect this because they can legally still import them right now Robarms does it and Arsenal Inc does as well

So why no more SAR-1, 2, 3?  Arsenal is making their own here, no?
