Sounds like a judge ruled that "The Reform Party" did not follow Florida elections law in designating Nader their canidate.

I googled nader and florida and there are a couple articles concerning this. It was of course the Democrats pushing it. |

Same thing here in Oregon but was overturned and he will now be on the ballot.

Heard it on the radio on the way home. I could be mistaken about the problem but he's off. Also they said that Florida was worried about getting absentee ballots out, which I would think would hurt us because of the votes of people in the military. |

Nader DID make it on the ballot in Michigan, despite the best efforts of our Demonrat canvassing board.
We also have a proposed constitutional amendment to ban gay marriage in the state of Michigan. Now if we could just ban gun controll laws! |
