Sometimes I frequent the board alot and hate to wait until I get home. Home many people surf the net from work. And what measures can you take to hide or encrypt your visited sites using I.E Windows XP

Uhm...encryting them would be a dead giveaway that you have been a bad boy, and I can almost guarentee you that it wouldnt be too hard for them to figure out what your hiding...

Hiding them? Easy, go to tools>internet options and click "Clear Cookies" and "Clear Temp Internet Files" and "Clear History". This will prevent (exceptionally) cursory inspections from showing anything

I control my home machine remotely from work (PCAnywhere).  The transmission is encrypted by PCAW, so even if it gets intercepted nobody can tell what I'm surfing or typing.

Because I am a Web Administrator running numerous machines it's normal for me to be running several remote control sessions at once.

It's probably the same site using an alternative host header name.

Hey SkiandShoot, how's the weather?

For the most part most of my arfcom time is done at work.

Do nothing to hide it.   I work in I.S.

ar15.com and jobrelatedstuff.com have both been blocked at my work.  Right now I'm using castlehams.com, but it's only a matter of time before that's blocked as well.  It will be a sad, sad day for Spitfire75 when he can no longer spend 85% of his workday on arfcom.
