what is so bad about these guys? its one thing to order online. its another to actually call the people and tell them what you want. are most of the complaints from online orders? |

I think they addvertise items as being in stock, when they are actually out of stock/back ordered.

Is it an entire Colt Mag, or just fresh floorplates on some worn out '60's era GI shit?
Learned that one the hard way, through E-Bitch circa 1997. |

The mags maybe ok, but their customer services sucks. Bought a couple of thing(s) from them in the past. They failed to return my e-mail(s) & orders never came on time (always very very late if at all).

They are slow as hell. Funny story from them as to their incompetancy.
I order a black hawk thigh rig. I recieve my blackhawk and a safariland 6904. No charge for the 6904. I order an eotech 511 and recieve a 552 no extra charge. Took a month on both orders. |

I get the email specials from them. I mostly order 123 batteries from them, but if its in the email special, I never have a problem.
My first order I tried to just order from the website. That was an adventure I do not want to go through again. |
