I get LEO 20's and30's up here from our Armalite dealer. That's what comes with your guns when you order the LEO/Military models (bayo lug, flash suppressor, collapsing stocks) . They do come 'pinned' however, to meet our law of max.5 capacity.

ALL factory Ruger mini-14 mags are stamped that way, ever since Bill caved prior to '94. BUT, now you can buy them from wholesalers!

It's a fact, as a matter of a fact, I see 4 of them from where I am sitting. The ones I have are made by OKAY (as indicated by by the "OKay" trademark sign on the INSIDE of the right lip) but have Colt floorplates. The magazines were purchased directly from Colt.
