Remember the anti-gunners were pretty persistent, it them almost 10 years to get the '94 AWB and Brady Law(there's no sunset for this law) into place. You can bank on it the anti-gunners will be back next term regardless of which candidate is in office.

Yeah, I have a three pronged war going on: - Fighting the cantidate of Big Ketchup (lost cause in this state) - Fighting newly introduced State AWB - Fighting Sander Levin's re-election (US Representitive, also a lost cause)

While I'm glad the ban is dead, I think the anti's will attempt to get a ban back every chance they have. Kerry already said he would attempt to restore it and it could come back worse then before.
