I just called Bushmaster and asked, "so... ban's over, right? I can attach a pre-ban upper to a post-ban lower now, right?" and got a definitive yes. Yet on BM, RRA, Oly, Armalite, Adco, Quantico Arms, and DPMS, there is still distinctions between pre- and post-ban. So I can't order a nice DPMS kit with a collapsible stock. Noooo... I have to get the upper and stock seperate.
