I am super excied of the death of the AWB!    But I am not going to buy a whole lot of stuff yet as prices may drop in a month or two.  Maybe that is because I "finally" assembled my RRA SP1 clone and my Bushy A2 into evil config.  I did order some Glock mags today (3) but that was it.  Anyone else gonna wait before making most of your purchases?

All I bought was a collapsable stock and a LEO rifle locally.  I just made a substantial UZI purchase last month.  Gonna wait till Christmass time and drop some serious cash.

Don't wait!

A lot of people waited in MN when "Shall-issue" was passed and then a judge struck the law down.  Now I have my permit and everyone who waited is hella-pissed.

I, for one, am not waiting on this, either.

Yeah, I've been perusing various FS boards off and on today and there is huge demand for stuff.  HUGE.  This is a seller's market.

All I really want is some hi-cap 10/22 mags. Tell you the truth, I would've rather seen the import ban lifted.

Us Caliban residents don't have anything to do (unless you have an "AW" that was registered before our ban).  Those lucky ones can now put on any "evil features" they want.

The rest of us all we can do is put folding stocks on our .22's since the PRK ban specfically exempted .22 cal.

I'm more concerned with magazines than actual rifles right now, though there are a few rifles I plan on picking up soon.

Remember the Alamo, and God Bless Texas...

Alas, I only converted my Cetme.  My AR will remain nutered.  It just shoots too well to screw it up by messing with the barrel by putting a flash supressor and new FSB on it.

I think I will just order a new AR with evil features later.  I haven't decided what to do with my AK yet.  Will probably have it threaded when I have funds.

I had some car BS happen last week, so the funds for my AK folder conversion and other ideas are on hold. I do agree prices will calm down in a few weeks and months, so I think patience here will pay off...I hope...

+3 Maybe next month.
I have to send 2 uppers off to be treaded, then get 2 complete uppers for 2 lowers. It will take awhile.

I fully expect our state legislature will try to float a new ban based on the 1994 AWB to prevent us from putting flash suppressors and bayo lugs on our registered SURs. Therefore, I plan to wait for a few months until the fuss dies down before I make any new purchases.

Simply because I've grown so envious of ya'll in the free states today, I'm really thinking a FAB-10 lower reciever doesn't look like quite as much of a ripoff as it used to.

 ::sigh:: I'm just kidding myself.

Maybe I'll just build a FAB-10 get a real lower when I move outta here.
