If you did see it, why did you?? I personally did see it because the NRA said all these half truths and falsities were it in, so I decided I should see it to see what it's all about.  Now I know where my hostility for michael moore came from.

NO, and I won't watch anything by that fatass idiot!  Life is too short to waste time watching his garbage.

I agree that watching his shit is a waste of time, but if you want to counter the claims of lies and myths, then you need to watch it to prepare yourself.  How can you debate someone and tell them the truth if you haven't seen it.

I watched about a 1/3 of it just too see what all the fuss is about. It just ended up pissing me off, so I turned the channel. It was nothing but bullshit.

I downloaded it, he's not getting any of my money...   It wasn't as antigun as it could be, but nearly everything he did show was skewed in some way, even when not directly concerning guns.  And it's all very subtly done, if you don't know the details about what he's covering you'll miss it and buy what he's trying to shovel....  His idea that it's the racist media that's scaring us and causing our violence is ludicrous IMO.  His "documentary" offered no answers, skewed just about everything it showed, etc.  The way he pieced together Heston's speaches, tried to imply things that weren't meant, etc was low in my opinion.  It's a crock of a "documentary" and the fact that it won an award is just plain ridiculous...

NO!

One does not need to sniff a turd to KNOW that it smells like shit.

Similarly I do not need to see ANY of MM's films to know that he and his so-called "work" are also turds.

I saw it on a light night TMC.  No way I would have payed for just wanted to get it some"...know thine enemy" lab time.  I would have liked to have seen Heston stomp his ass in the dirt and smack him upside the head with a 1911. Maybe teach his sorry fat ass some respect for his elders, and those who fought with a gun to assure his sorry ass can stay in business.

But thats just me.  And Im a moderate compared to some of the guys on here.

I saw it in the theater, I didn't know anything about it beforehand, other than it was the same guy that made Roger and me.

When I left, I was kicking myself for putting money in Moore's pocket.

For the record, I learned my lesson, and as curious as I was to see how fvcked F9/11 was, I never bought a ticket   Screw that fat bastard.

Yes I did.  I signed it out of the library at the University of Ma.  Because that was the only place i could find it and NOT pay.

I watched it because one of my co-workers did and was expounding the wisdom.  I made notes and made him look like the jack-ass he is.

I saw it (without giving MM a dime).  It was total crap.

Part of his "evidence" of the evil history of guns is that the NRA was founded the same year the KKK was ruled an illegal terrorist group.  He doesn't outright say that the NRA was founded by KKK members, but he very strongly implies it.  Of course, he didn't say it because it would be a total lie.

Also, he paraded some Columbine victims in front of senior K-Mart execs telling them that the bullets used in the massacre were bought at K-Mart, like K-Mart had anything at all to do with Columbine.....Then K-Mart caved in and kissed his ass.

Not.

I have no interest in it, even as a social study of the left, or for entertainment value. I don't stop to look at car wrecks either.

Moore once had a unique gift for entertaining yet expository filmmaking. Unfortunately, that talent has been perverted through his prostitution to the leftist agenda.

I will not see his latest collection of stuff either.

Perhaps if he made a factual documentary about something in the future, I'd see it, but for now, nothing he has made really carries any meaning for me.

saw it. mildly entertaining since i considered it a comedy. obvious douchebag liar who preys on the stupid. whatever, some people you just can't reach. did i mention he is morbidly obese and will probably keel over and die soon? no need to get bent out of shape over him.

I have seen it.  I was pissed. Less than a minute into it I could tell he was anything but open minded.  His half hearted attempts at logic pissed me off.  I surely wish the NRA would sue him for libel for some of the B.S. he said.

Wow, I'm really gonna be a Salmon swimming up stream with this one...

I did see it. My English 100 teacher recommended it as an aid to help with a research paper on anti-gun people (the topic I chose to write about). She is very liberal, btw, but doesn't like Moore either.

Anyway... while I believe that it was presented in a way to confuse stupid people, he does make some interesting arguments, but then again trashes himself with some very stupid ones and some very, very stupid actions.

Why does Canada have so much less crime than America and almost as many gun nuts? He blames the American media for constantly showing violence and demonizing people of color ...imagine that... he even seems to attack his fellow liberal, the producer of cops. While I think Michael Moore is a douche, he never specifically comes out and says we should ban guns. He shows many factors in the contribution of gun violence, something which anti's never dive into, they just think gun=bad. And just when I thought Moore wasnt as bad as everyone says, he comes out with the Kmart thing which was incredibly stupid.

If you havent seen it. Watch it before critizing it. I refused to watch it too and spouted all kinds of bull about why. Then I did, and I cant say I hate it more for doing so. I still don't like Moore, I just think people should see his work before critisizng. Dont be an Anti-gun minded individual and shut-off your brain at the sight of an NRA banner, just like everyone here shuts down at the thought of watching a Moore film, he does make a few interesting points.
