I need to buy some and cannot find a source. It is my understanding that they are 12 rounds.

I'll be calling Cal's Sporting Armory on this tomorrow.  It looks like they're in the process of updating the mag section of their website, combining what were separate pages for LE/Post Ban into one page for all HK mags now.

Not sure what your definition of high-cap is exactly, but there are 10-round mags for the 45C. Can't find them on CSA's website--can't find ANY HK pistol mags actually--but they WERE listed previously.

The CSA magazine page us back up as of this morning, shows 45C 10 round mags but no expected date.

.45 12 rounders are in stock for the USP45/Tactical/Expert/Elite, about $54 ea.

.40 S&W full size 13 rounders are in stock, about $35 ea.

40C /P2000 12 rounders also in stock, also about $35 ea.

By high cap I mean anything more than 8rds . . .  I like 10rd mags which really means 11

I bought three from Cal's the day the ban ended, got them for $35 ea (LE marked).  They sold out within days and are apparently still out.

Top Glock lists them for $40 but doesn't verify they're in stock: www.topglock.com/catalog/sunset.htm

I haven't seen these anyplace else either but have to think that HK will work overtime making more since they're in such demand.

I asked a similar question in this topic concerning the USP45 mags.  I'd imagine the answers should apply to your USP40C as well.

Gunbroker averages about $25/ea from what I've seen for the .40 fullsize 13 round mags.  I paid $75 shipped for 3.  Bought one off the EE here for $25 shipped.
