I noticed the same thing.  Do what I did: avail yourself of the webspace your ISP gives you, no more photoserver woes.  Really.

Sometimes the ISP's photserver is unable to link to a webpage. I use http://tinypic.com

I've been waiting forever for them to accept uploads again. I'm tired of linking to the same old photos that I have stored on their server.
