I call BS on that..  What about Kalispell MT, where everybody owns at least ONE gun [:D] and theres a population of 125,000 snipers every fall [:D]

Amen to that.  I live at least 30 miles from a major "city", & crime out here is (knock on wood) next to nonexistant.

I doubt that there is anywhere in California with a lower crime rate than here:

After reading the article, I can see how this would be.  Apparently, Orange County is the exception to the California lunacy.  How about Kennessaw, Ga (a suburb of Atlanta) where everyone is required to own a gun by city law.  For their proximity to all the scum in the Atlanta area, they have no crime to speak of.

I do.  His name is Dent Myers and I ran cross-country with one of his sons in HS.  He is Bent and Twisted, never mind being a Dent.
