Fl. members are extra stressed. I havent worked much in weeks and have nothing to do but sit and watch my impending doom that never happens.
 ETA: I thought I'd be celebrating now but my savings are being eaten up and I might not even be able to go to Gunstock. If I take a hit from Ivan.... I feel for the guys who have already been hit. This is fucking awful. |

I think a lot of folks are pissed around here. When you read the paper like I did this morning.
So I am sitting there reading the paper and that mother fucker rather is on the tube spouting his lies and theres a fuckin picture in the paper of a guy in houston shooting a fuckin uzi and the paper is saying that we can now get uzi's and tec9's. Then the tv starts talking about assault weapons and some motherfucker says that sales are going through the roof after Monday. Then I read the next article and that fuckstain kerry is saying that bush doesnt care about the US because he let the ban lapse and then som asshat on tv says that our second ammendment right is being broadened, when we know that we are getting back what is our's that has been taken from us. And the fuckin astros lose and another damn hurricane, and then another article where kerry says bush hasn't handled the war right. That he would do much better. And then the girl who is my waitress at the restauant where I am hearing and reading all this shit fuccks up my order of Waveos Rancheros. Cause she can't speak fuckin English. Then I come to work here and finish reading the paper about how bush is using 9/11 as ploy to get reelected. And I realize that this country is full of stupid as well as ignorant people and they believe everything they read, if they even can read, plus all they hear from the liberal talking heads. AGGRESSION? DAMN RIGHT I'M PISSED, BECAUSE EVEN IF BUSH WINS IN THE FALL, AND EVEN IF WE PICK UP MORE SEATS IN CONGRESS, WE WILL NEVER BE ABLE TO REST OR LET DOWN OUR GUARD FROM NOW ON TILL THE END OF TIME BECAUSE THE WORTHLESS SHITSTAIN FUCKTARDS WILL BE CONSTANTLY NIPPING AT OUR HEELS. I feel a little better now.  I have vented, thank you.

Not only that, but me personally, there's nothing that infuriates me more than being lied to, or lied about. When you see the media and the legislators day after day after FREAKING day, selling their agenda with outright emotionally charged LIES, it triggers my Hulk rage. The AWB coverage this last week almost cost my TV it's life on a couple occasions. |

Let's be specific. This is an AR board and the AWB sunset has something to do with these guns. When was the last time you saw "feathers ruffled"? I'm just curious if you actually think you've made a point. BTW, it's a lot littler thing here in CA but when's the last law you ever saw any law "sunset"....really, this is historic and you should recognize it. It's definitely added to the appearance of the bias of the media, if any had doubts. Lots of people probably think the old Spanish American War Telephone Tax was finally revoked but it wasn't, it's demise was vetoed by Clinton after clearing the House and Senate by a large margin. So like I said, name the last law that sunset..... |

The law was repealed, there was no sunset provision. Still 55 in Washington DC. Sunset provisions are fairly new (72) and not common. I don't really know whether they're better than periodic review of ALL laws but generally a law NEVER gets repealed, it just isn't enforced, or just enforced selectively. |
