Of course, if the older fella in the suit is an LEO, then he has the authority to use the minimum force necessary to effect an arrest. Pulling hair is pretty far down on the use of force continuum. I don't consider this abuse.
BTW: As W was present, the USSS has a "bubble" around the President, where their authority is trump card. Clinton had people who heckled him arrested several times. Sauce for the goose, etc. |

They are blaming him for not spending more money on it... as my dad pointed out, this is particularly stupid in light of all that Dubya has done for Africa's AIDS situation ($15 BILLION, IIRC). |
