What states have adopted thier own AWB's that wont be affected by the federal AWB sunset?

California, Hawaii, Connecticut, New Jersey, New York, Maryland and Massachusetts.

Some small changes in features that are not banned but magazine restrictions will stand.

MD has an AWB? I thought he only thing was 20 round mag-restriction.

Yep, and a few AWs are still banned (like Tec-9s).  Also we have a long waiting period and paper trail to go with an AW purchase (unless it's a Colt Sporter H-Bar or equivalent).
