Can't carry anything anywhere. And it rains all the time too. Better stay in California.

Sure you can open carry loaded, but as soon as you get into a County or city that doesn't allow it, your going to get hassled.
Whenever I think about this, I always picutre someone carrying a pistol holstered in downtown portland(multnomah county). You wouldn't get more then a block, all the hippies and homo's would be freaking out, diving into bushes and behind corners. I would figure out the county/city I was going to be in and call that police dept to find out exactly. |
