Scales across sword. It's what Lady Justice usually carries, but most people won't recognize it with the sword.

Just FYI,
black people might not be too crazy about a guy having a noose tattooed on his arm. YMMV This guy that lives across the street from my friends house is a huge WT, White supremacist asshole, and he put a noose on his front porch. Stupid yes, but I hope some line backer looking dude uses him for boxing practice. |

Yeah, I had the latin idea too, just now. Ended up with the phrase "sententiam ferre" or "To pass judgement or sentence."
