Seriously, Buy the book, read it for yourself and look at the footnotes and sources - it's rock solid.  The Media want Kerry to win, so they are referring to the official Medal Citations as "proof" that Kerry is right and the Swiftboat vets are wrong.  The problem with that is that Kerry wrote the original reports that his own Medal citations are based on.  A lie quoted in an official document is still a Lie.

And the Dems are smearing anyone associated with the Swiftvets as part of some grand Bush conspiracy - hogwash.  When you read these men's credentials you will realize that the Swiftvets are the credible ones - with nothing to gain except airing the truth.

The Swiftvets are primarily upset with the idea that a man who visited with the North Vietnamese and Viet Cong Revpresentitives at their Embassy in Paris to coordinate Vietnam Veterans Against the War propoganda strategy in 1970 WHILE STILL A US NAVY OFFICER then called all Vietnam Vets madmen and babykillers in Congress in 1971- now wants to be Commander In Chief and President .  That behavior is covered in the Uniform Code of Military Justice as TREASON, by the way .

Kerry wounded himself through ineptitude for at least two of his Purple Hearts.  That means his "early out" was a fraud on the US Navy.  He combined stories and lied about both his Silver Star and Bronze Star Actions.  READ THE BOOK - it will be abundently clear very quickly who the liar is - and it isn't the Swiftvets.
