Thanks allot. Tonight is my first night with high-speed. It's running 631 down and 107 up. I guess thats not the best but it sure is faster than dial-up.

What are you paying for? that sounds like 768k down and 128k up.... if thats correct then your scores sound about right. What OS are you running? You can tweak speed a little, biggest improvements are MTU bumped down to 1400 and other settings if you are still in W98. |

I used to edit them at work to get speeds like 80billion K or negative bandwidth,

That seems slow for "high speed"...
I just ran mine: 2004-09-09 01:28:54 EST: 4271 / 507 Your download speed : 4373882 bps, or 4271 kbps. A 533.9 KB/sec transfer rate. Your upload speed : 519480 bps, or 507 kbps. |
