Better yet, put up some Bush/Cheney ones.
If you tear the Kerry ones down you'll be accused of thwarting free speech. If you put up a counterpoint to their free speech and they bitch, you've got the moral high ground and if they don't want to look like complete asses they'll have to either accecpt the Bush posters or take theirs down. A win either way! |

If these bulletin boards are up for kids to use however they like (excluding, I'd assume, profanity, pornography, etc) - I don't see how they could touch this one. I see nothing wrong with having political posters at a school if all students are allowed to post them. |

Go to www.protestwarrior.com and get some of their really neat posters - they don't say Bush/Cheney and they really get the point across. You can download small copies just big enough for a school bulletin board.
My favorite is the red/white/blue one with the P-40 pilot. "Hey France, YOU shut up. WE will protect civilization." And if you put up Bush postings, and anyone complains, make sure that everything comes off the boards. It's either free speech, or a politics free zone - one or the other. Warmly, Col. Colt |

If this is at a University, then those public boards probably have to have the stuff put on them approved by some office in Student Affairs or some such. If they arent stamped, tell the office about them. Or put up your own approved ones (with the stamp) as you tear down the non-approved ones.
