Why isn't there a lawsuit to expose Kerry's records?

Because in Kerry's case they are medical records and they are protected.  However Larry Klayman of Judicial Watch filed a complaint with the Dept. of the Navy and by Federal Law (UCMJ), the Navy must examine  Kerry's medals.

Kerry has not released his military records, medical records, tax records, or divorce records.  He's hiding a lot of stuff.
