Do you use tobacco? What kind and what type?
Poll to follow... |
|
I dont do any here, eats up too much money and becomes more and more of a pain in the ass if you do smoke these days.
|
|
If you had asked this in January 1981 I would have answered "cigarettes".
After that my answer is none/zip/zero/nada. |
|
I smoke approximately 3 cigars per year.
I tried pipes smoking, but was dismayed to discover that smoking one was not nearly as enjoyable as sitting next to someone smoking one. Never tried a cigarette. Never will. Hate the damned things. |
|
Well that is good to hear that a lot of you don't use tobacco products. Proud to know you.

Did you think it said TabaSco not TabacCo like I first thought before I edited my post |

Marlboros, I quit cigars on 01August04
Marlboros are next on the quit list |
|
I should have grouped snuff and chew together and left a slot open for "none." My big mistake. Obviously that would be the popular choice.

I began smoking pipe tobacco in December of last year.
After going to my dentist about 2 weeks ago to have my teeth cleaned, I got the shock of my life! The back sides of my teeth were as brown stained as the dickens! That was the last day that I smoked a pipe. No more! Eric The(OnTheStraightAndNarrow)Hun |

Hey you're from up in a certain area that would be familiar with this history: didn't Quanah Parker's dad smoke a pipe? (outside of the peace pipe)? ETA: congratulations on quitting by the way. |

Cigars. Love'em.
Danny Devito got me hooked then he quit. Partagas when he was buying. La gloria If I am. Kentlik Stunt pup for the "D" man |
|
Cigarettes. As many as I want, as often as I want, wherever I want.
When someone comes up with a more effective way to pinpoint the rabid do-gooders, I'll quit. |
|
Of you ask 'do you', there should be a 'Don't use it' option in the poll I don't use tobacco (or booze or anything that I don't have a 'scrip for)... |

Two to four packs a day 1984-1989. Stopped cold turkey July or August 1989 and haven't smoked since.
Note: Mother died of lung cancer 1998. Smoked all her life. Father passed away on Feb 1, 2003 (around the same time the shuttle was breaking apart). Father died from emphysema as a result of being a life time smoker. Enough said. |
