Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - New law in RI

I heard something about this on the radio but couldnt find and info online. Apparently there is a new law in RI stating that if you are under 21 and caught with alcohol you automatically lose your license for 60 regardless of where you are or what youre doing. Even if you are sitting in your house or dont even own a car you lose it. Anyone else hear about this?
